RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
Returns and exchanges are handled through online return authorization. For any questions regarding the refunds and returns, please contact us by email sales@amtcustomdesigns.com or by phone 866-268-3828.
This policy only applies to purchase made directly through AMT Custom Designs via website purchase or car shows. All orders through Amazon, Ebay, Walmart or any of our other distributors must be processed through them first.
Please note, there will be a 15% restocking charge deducted from returns that are not requested within 14 days of delivery date.
For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any price difference between items. Only in the event that you were shipped the incorrect item from what was ordered will return shipping not be the responsibility to the customer.
We are happy to assist with providing a return shipping label, but the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility. Contact the above email or phone number, if you would like to purchase a return shipping label.
If a return is authorized, we will provide details on where the items should be sent for the return and or exchange processing.
AMT Custom Designs is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

In case of the return of the goods, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
You must exercise return right responsibly and return the product in the original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, we won’t be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund.
Once the Goods have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 30 to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases we have the right to suspend the refund until the good are received back and inspected.
If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
Return Exceptions
Your right to return quality goods purchased in the online store does not apply to:
– Goods that have been personalized for buyer.
Defective goods
In certain cases, such as defective, damaged or wrong goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, or to return the item to receive a refund.
You must contact our company at info@amtcustomdesigns.com within 14 days upon delivery and provide detailed information, such as:
– Proof of purchase
– Order number
– Product name
– Information about the defect, failure or missing part of the item
– Defect evidence (e.g. a photo or video of the item, a photo of the defective area (if it is possible to take a photo), a photo of the packaging, other).
When submitting a complaint, You must indicate how You wish the claim to be resolved:
– To replace the defective goods with quality items
– To apply a discount to the goods, e.g. reduce the price of the goods accordingly
– To refund the money paid
– To receive store credit
In case You are required to return the goods back to us, You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging (with instructions and/or warranty card, if they were delivered with the product).
